Job summary

Guild Mortgage Company is seeking an experienced RPG Developer III to design, maintain, and implement in-house applications on IBM i using Websmart, RPG (all levels) and CL/CLLE. You will collaborate with business partners to translate requirements into technical specifications and ensure high quality delivery.

The role is exempt with a targeted salary range of $94,882 to $136,096 annually, with compensation reflecting experience, location, and market factors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on RPG development on IBM i.
• Expert in RPG, CL, and DB2 native commands; SQL/SEQUEL.
• Experience with APIs, web services, and XML.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, maintain, and implement in-house applications on IBMi.
• Develop binding directories, binder source, prototypes, and service programs.
• Improve performance and resolve problems in applications.
• Collaborate with analysts and teammates to document requirements.
• Lead IT projects and provide SME guidance.
• Assist with training and knowledge sharing.
• Provide time tracking and project feedback to PMO.
• Support new rollouts and updates with documentation.
