Qualifications
- Master's degree with 3+ years of experience or Bachelor's degree with 5+ years.
- 7+ years of commercial product development experience.
- Proficiency in RPG & CL, Db2 SQL, SQL Procedures and UDFs.
- Solid understanding of SOLID and OO design principles.
Responsibilities
- Design, construct, test, and debug technical solutions per engineering standards.
- Provide effort estimates and meet defined schedules.
- Identify and recommend improvements for system and processes.
- Take full responsibility for project parts including new projects.
- Resolve high-complexity development issues and mentor juniors.
- Coach and guide others while contributing to architecture discussions.
