This role works with cross‑functional teams to identify opportunities and implement reliable automation, while maintaining security and governance standards.

Salary range $95,500–$147,800 annually with comprehensive benefits: medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401k, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Experience with leading RPA programs and platforms.
• Ability to analyze business processes and map current/future state.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver automation.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities.
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain RPA bots and workflows.
• Gather and document requirements for current and future states.
• Troubleshoot and resolve bot performance issues.
• Monitor production automations and implement improvements.
• Ensure automation solutions meet security and governance standards.
• Create technical documentation and support materials.
• Support system integrations and bot scheduling/orchestration.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and CI/CD activities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of automation practices.
