Job summary

The Marlin Alliance, Inc. in San Diego, CA is seeking a Senior RPA Developer to lead UiPath automation initiatives for a Navy customer. The role requires the ability to obtain a US Secret clearance and offers hybrid work with client-driven on-site needs.

You will build and maintain automated processes, design secure, scalable solutions, review code, and mentor junior developers while coordinating with senior leadership to meet delivery objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or related technical field.
• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• 3+ years hands-on UiPath experience.
• 5+ years PKI-secured systems experience.
• UiPath Automation Developer Professional and Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect Expert Certifications.
• DoD Secret clearance eligible or obtainable.

Responsibilities

• Build, test, deliver, and maintain robotic automations using UiPath per standards.
• Architect secure, scalable automation solutions with good documentation.
• Assess automation opportunities from a technical perspective and perform due diligence.
• Collaborate with engineers and SMEs to define requirements for automation.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure compliance with standards.
• Share development best practices with the team.
• Mentor junior developers and support delivery objectives.
