Job summary

Penske Truck Leasing Co., L.P. is seeking an experienced RPA professional to analyze, maintain and support IA applications for IT and end-user groups in Reading, PA. You will code, test and document automation solutions and own the RPA architecture.

Responsibilities include creating and deploying bots with Automation Anywhere (and possibly UiPath/BluePrism), reviewing offshore/onsite bot scripts, monitoring performance and guiding the automation program across projects with stakeholders.

Qualifications

7+ years of software development experience with 2+ years in Robotics Process Automation, including business process and system analysis, requirements gathering, and application implementation.
2 years of project management required.
Hands-on experience with RPA tools (Automation Anywhere preferred) or similar like UiPath, Blue Prism, or Kofax.
Experience with Document Automation and Agentic AI is a plus.
Basic understanding of cybersecurity implications of automation.
Strong testing methodologies, test case development and execution.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office apps.
Ability to work with multiple IT and business teams and external vendors.

Responsibilities

Create, modify, test, and implement bots using Automation Anywhere, following standard design principles.
Review bot scripts from offshore and onsite developers.
Monitor and support assigned automations and analyze performance.
Identify and fix bot performance issues, recode bugs, and test fixes.
Propose RPA solutions based on customer requirements and feasibility assessments.
Conduct proofs of concepts to demonstrate automation value.
Assist in capacity planning and disaster recovery strategy for the RPA infra.
