Job summary

Paramount is seeking a Licensing Compliance Analyst to support billing, collections and royalty processing across global markets. You will manage overdue invoices, reach out to licensees, and assist with tax certificate workflows while balancing accounts receivable.

Ideal candidates have licensing experience, strong analytical skills and Excel proficiency, plus excellent organizational and communication abilities. The role offers solid benefits and collaboration across Finance and Sales teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable or accounting
• Global licensing industry experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance

Responsibilities

• Review contracts for financial terms and compare to royalty statements, checking for compliance
• Trace financials through a contract’s life cycle to identify and address discrepancies
• Advise internal teams how to correct entry errors that affect statement processing
• Advise licensees how to resubmit statements that cannot be processed due to errors
• Troubleshoot access issues when licensees cannot access the system
• Monitor cash expected from licenses to ensure timely receipt
• Play an active role during month-end close
