Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in royalty accounting, compliance, or revenue management.
• Familiarity with royalty contract structures and revenue‑sharing models.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with licensees on timely submission of quarterly reports.
• Track licensee compliance status.
• Review licensee compliance and follow‑up on delinquent reports and missing information.
• Collect, review, and analyze revenue reports to calculate royalty obligations.
• Interpret and apply contractual terms to royalty calculations.
• Monitor compliance with royalty agreements and elevate discrepancies.
• Maintain royalty and compliance databases and documentation.
• Coordinate with Legal, Finance, and external partners regarding revenue tracking and royalty issues.
• Support internal audits and respond to external audit requests.
• Assist in improving royalty processing workflows and compliance procedures.
