Job summary

Gray Hawk Land Solutions in Clarksburg, West Virginia is seeking a Sr. Right-of-Way Agent to lead negotiations, build relationships with surface owners and government officials, and ensure access to company assets with minimal supervision.

The role requires five years in ROW, a degree or diploma, experience with surface use agreements and easements, and mapping tools (GIS, Google Earth). Per diem applies, with a daily rate of $350 and comprehensive health, vision and dental benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years in the Right-of-Way industry dealing with easements for pipelines.
• Bachelor’s Degree, Technical Diploma, or High School graduate.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and maintains relationships with surface owners and local government officials.
• Represents client with professionalism and integrity.
• Negotiate terms for surface agreements, including pipelines and easements.
• Understand surface use agreements, easements, and gov't regulations related to ROW operations.
• Conduct internal and external title research without supervision.
• Navigate client databases and use mapping software (GIS, Google Earth).
• Interpret drawings and redline where needed on alignment and related drawings.
• Demonstrate competent use of MS Office and database tools.
• Work well in a team or independently.
