Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking a Senior Planning Specialist, Customer Experience, to develop long-term route plans and optimize territory coverage for branches in the region. You will analyze plan efficiency, resource availability, and drive reporting accuracy with leadership.

You will collaborate with region directors, branch leadership, and customer teams to ensure timely and accurate planning and data integrity, enabling reliable service delivery.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business documents.
• Outstanding communication skills with internal/external stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize.
• Experience with routing and scheduling processes and software.

Responsibilities

• Create monthly, weekly, and daily route plans for assigned branches using route analysis software.
• QA, implement, and adjust route plans across the region.
• Maintain geographic codes, addresses, and customer information.
• Coordinate with Planning Specialists and Schedulers to ensure timely tasks.
• Coordinate with branches on plan updates for maximum route efficiency.
• Plan territory inputs and ensure alignment with financial targets.
• Support branch openings, moves, or closures as needed.
