Job summary

PDS Tech Commercial is seeking an Aircraft Tech - Sheetmetal in Columbus, MS to support advanced rotorcraft programs. The role focuses on structural sheet metal work on aircraft, contributing to safety, reliability, and performance in retrofit teams.

Location: Columbus, MS. Pay rate: $42.50 per hour. This is a contract assignment with onsite work, offering hands-on integration with a world-class aerospace team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of aircraft sheet metal experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, sketches, and diagrams.
• Experience fabricating, repairing, and modifying aircraft structures.

Responsibilities

• Install sheet metal parts and assemblies on aircraft while ensuring structural integrity and safety.
• Fit, assemble, and secure aircraft skins, frames, and structural components.
• Perform drilling, fitting, fastening, and riveting on helicopter subassemblies.
