Qualifications

• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, diagrams, and specs.
• Experience with sheet metal fabrication, structural assembly, modification, and repair.
• Familiarity with standard sheet metal tools, processes, and shop practices.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, diagrams, and specifications.
• Inspect and measure components to ensure proper dimensions and defect-free assembly.
• Install sheet metal parts and assemblies on aircraft while preserving structural integrity and system functionality.
• Drill, fit, fasten, and rivet on helicopter sub-assemblies.
• Assemble aircraft skins, frames, tail booms, stabilizers, and related structural components.
• Complete fabrication and repair modifications on aircraft structures.
• Work with quality inspectors to test and verify assembly.
