Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of data/business analysis with a focus on root cause analysis and complex problem solving.
• Strong proficiency in data tools (Excel, Power BI, SQL, Python, R, SAS or similar) and reporting.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present findings and influence outcomes.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred auto finance or captive industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Leverage analytics to mine, process, and analyze data using SQL, Python, R, SAS, Power BI, Excel and other BI tools for RCA.
• Ensure timely, accurate RCA investigations involving customer complaints, dealer escalations, buybacks, and systemic issues.
• Coordinate and lead the end-to-end RCA process across key business areas.
• Apply data mining, statistical analysis, and RCA methodologies to identify trends and drivers.
• Build and maintain predictive models, dashboards, and reporting to monitor KPIs and gaps.
• Present concise, actionable insights to senior leadership for corrective actions.
• Analyze portfolio trends and resolve data quality issues to ensure reliability.
• Partner with external teams to validate data and support corrective measures.
• Protect confidential consumer information in compliance with policies and regulations.
