Best Choice Roofing is hiring Certified Roofing Specialists to help storm-affected homeowners recover while guiding them through the roof restoration and insurance claims process. You will meet clients, inspect properties for damage, and guide them toward optimal outcomes, earning via performance-based compensation.

We seek competitive, coachable individuals with a track record of exceeding quotas; 40-hour weeks with some Saturdays required, paid training, and uncapped earnings potential.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Coachable with a positive attitude and competitive mindset.

• Comfortable initiating conversations and generating opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Respond to company-provided leads and convert opportunities into signed contracts.
• Generate additional business through canvassing and door knocking in storm-affected neighborhoods.
• Inspect roofs, attics, and properties for storm-related damage (paid training provided).
• Educate homeowners on the restoration process and available funding solutions.
• Work with insurance adjusters to help homeowners achieve the best possible outcome.
• Present estimates, obtain agreements, and collect payments as needed.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.
• Participate in weekly sales meetings, training, and coaching sessions.
