Job summary

Best Choice Roofing is seeking Certified Roofing Specialists to assist storm-affected homeowners with roof restoration and insurance claims. You will meet clients, inspect properties, and guide them through the process, while pursuing a high-income sales career.

Ideal candidates are coachable, communicative, and results-driven with a proven track record of quotas. Competitive, with paid training and uncapped earnings potential in a field-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas.
• 1-2 years in sales or customer service is preferred.
• Experience with canvassing or lead generation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to leads and convert opportunities into signed contracts.
• canvassing and door knocking in storm-affected neighborhoods to generate opportunities.
• Inspect roofs and properties for storm-related damage (training provided).
• Educate homeowners on restoration process and funding options.
• Work with insurance adjusters to optimize outcomes for homeowners.
• Present estimates, obtain agreements, and collect payments as needed.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience from start to finish.
• Attend weekly sales meetings, training, and coaching sessions.
