This role oversees large-scale roofing projects, coordinates crews, reviews blueprints, and ensures safety and efficiency on site. Compensation is $70k based on experience and education.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of construction management experience including supervising multiple crews.
• Experience with all types of commercial roof systems is highly preferred.
• Working knowledge of roofing practices, procedures, and safety requirements.
• Excellent communication, analytical thinking, leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise multiple roofing production crews at job sites/facilities.
• Understand blueprints, job specifications, and building plan details.
• Communicate with crews and operations to ensure a proficient workflow.
• Set up and maintain safety on job sites/facilities.
