Qualifications

• 3-5 years of construction management experience including supervising multiple crews.
• Experience with all types of commercial roof systems preferred.
• Experience and working knowledge of roofing practices, procedures, and safety requirements.
• Excellent communication, analytical thinking, leadership, interpersonal skills, problem solving, and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise multiple roofing production crews at job sites / facilities
• Understand blueprints, job specifications, and building plan details
• Communicate with crews and operations to ensure a proficient workflow
• Maintain safety on job sites / facilities
• Daily communication with roofing crews and CentiMark project managers
• Plan and execute a successful project
• Manage materials effectively
