Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Xactimate and Symbility for complex estimates.
• Deep commercial roofing experience across flat and steep-slope systems.
• Strong audit skills to verify estimates against carrier guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed estimates for commercial and residential projects.
• Manage TPA claims from initial estimate to supplement approval.
• Review measurements and elevations for various roofing systems.
