Qualifications

• Experience with rocket/missile test facilities and RDT&E activities.
• Familiarity with propulsion system research including solid motors, liquids, or in-space propulsion.
• Ability to communicate professionally to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and review technical packages for test facility buildup.
• Prepare verification and validation of requirements for test facility buildup.
• Prepare technical packages for milestone reviews with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support risk management and mitigations for facility buildup.
• Ensure technical requirements and instructions are followed during projects.
• Provide engineering technical support to project management and coordinate with AFRL and contractor personnel.
