Job summary

Primoris Renewable Energy, a Primoris Services Corporation unit, seeks a Senior ROCC Operator to monitor real-time utilities and coordinate incident response. You will operate SCADA systems, enforce safety protocols, and drive continuous improvement of control room procedures across projects in the energy sector.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a control room or operations environment.
• Proven expertise in operating and troubleshooting SCADA systems.
• Strong understanding of safety procedures and emergency response protocols.
• Ability to make critical decisions under pressure in fast-paced settings.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and operate SCADA systems to ensure reliable utility operations.
• Respond to alarms and emergencies, coordinating with field teams.
• Analyze operational data to identify issues and actions to prevent recurrence.
• Develop and update operational procedures and safety protocols.
