Job summary

Agility Robotics in Salem, OR is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Test Engineer with 7+ years in test design for electronics, embedded systems, and production test strategy to lead robust test infrastructure for our robotic systems. You will mentor engineers, drive best practices, and collaborate with Design, Systems, Firmware, and Manufacturing to embed DFT/DFM and ensure scalable, production-ready test platforms from EVT/DVT to ramp.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in test design and implementation for electronics and embedded systems.
• Experience leading end-to-end test system development in robotics or manufacturing.
• Ability to communicate leadership, projects and decisions clearly.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical owner and architect for manufacturing test systems.
• Define and drive automated production test strategies for embedded hardware.
• Embed DFT/DFM principles early in product development.
• Own full lifecycle of test platforms from requirements to sustainment.
• Lead root cause analysis and drive corrective actions at system level.
• Provide technical leadership during NPI from EVT/DVT through ramp.
• Define and uphold test documentation standards.
• Mentor test engineers and technicians on test rigor and best practices.
• Develop tools for test data collection, visualization, and reporting.
• Ensure alignment with internal quality systems and industry standards.
