Job summary

10Beauty in Burlington, MA is seeking a Principal Robotics Software Engineer to architect and deliver software for the world’s first fully autonomous manicure robot. This hands-on leadership role spans hardware and software, and demands delivering reliable production systems.

You will own long-term software architecture, lead core components in C++ on Raspberry Pi Linux, mentor engineers, and drive the roadmap for robotic control.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software development experience, with hardware products in robotics.
• Strong C++ skills, system design, debugging and performance optimization.
• Experience with embedded real-time systems in robotics or electromechanical contexts.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve long-term software architecture for the robotic product.
• Lead design and optimization of core components in C++ on Raspberry Pi/Linux.
• Tackle cross-disciplinary system-level challenges across electrical, mechanical, and computer vision.
• Drive roadmap for robotic control systems and adopt new technologies.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers.
