Job summary

You will coordinate social media, website content, newsletters, and conference publicity, while collaborating with CS, ME, ECE, and ASE teams to maintain brand consistency.

This role supports events, reports, and supervision of a student employee, with duties expanding across branding, outreach, and program operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years full-time relevant work experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Marketing: lead Texas Robotics marketing including social media, website updates, invitations, brochures, signage, and branding.
• Communications: manage listservs, publicize conferences, draft newsletters and post-event articles.
• Administrative: manage central robotics email, media requests, and scheduling for leadership.
• Events: support event operations, tours, and annual reports.
• Supervision: oversee student employee for social media, design, and photography.
• Other duties as assigned.
