Job summary

SoftServe seeks a seasoned architect to design and deliver perception systems powering autonomous robotics for enterprise clients. You will shape technical strategy, guide cross-functional teams, and own delivery from concept to production across edge and cloud.

Responsibilities include defining end-to-end architectures, integrating CV, sensor fusion, ML, and localization, and driving performance under latency and resource constraints in real-world environments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software development in C/C++ and Python, including 4+ years in lead/architect roles.
• Hands-on AI-based robotics perception, CV, and agentic systems in production.
• Proficiency with ML frameworks and robotics tooling: TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenCV, ROS/ROS2, object detection, segmentation, tracking, PCL/RGB-D processing.

Responsibilities

• Define and own end-to-end architecture of robotics perception systems, from sensor selection to real-time processing workflows.
• Design scalable perception solutions integrating computer vision, sensor fusion, AI/ML, and localization across edge and cloud.
• Translate business requirements into architecture blueprints, roadmaps, and technology decisions.
• Establish AI/ML strategies for perception, including model selection, data lifecycle, and deployment.
