Background in robotics, mechatronics, robotics engineering, or a closely related technical field.
Experience in robotics ML, computer vision, or technical solutions engineering, with a track record of shipping to production.
Demonstrated client-facing or presales experience on robotics, automation, or embodied-AI programs, combined with strong hands-on build/deploy experience.
Strong computer vision and perception (detection, segmentation, pose estimation, optical flow) and 3D geometry (SE(3), camera models, projection, coordinate frames).
Sensor calibration and fusion, including LiDAR–camera, plus LiDAR processing; and sim-to-real experience (Isaac Sim, MuJoCo, Gazebo, or Unity Robotics Hub).
Conceptual grasp of VLA architectures and the current SOTA landscape; strong Python (PyTorch), able to read and implement research papers.

Strategic Client Advisory & Co-Design: Advise clients on approach, equipment, and program design.
Hands-on Solution Build: Design and build CV and perception systems; calibration and fusion.
Data Pipelines & Models: Design data-collection pipelines and evaluate/fine-tune models; expose services via REST/gRPC.
Outcome-Based Scoping: Define success with clients and shape scope, staffing, and equipment.
Robotics Domain Leadership: Share knowledge of robotics and Embodied-AI landscape to guide solutions.
Technical Bridge & Scoping Alignment: Translate client requirements into executable specs for teams.
Commercial Support & Development: Help shape robotics opportunities with clients.
Field Execution & Technical Feedback: Provide real-time feedback on equipment and field performance.
