Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Robotics Sr Technician to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electronic, mechanical, and robotic automation equipment across production and distribution processes. This role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and high-quality outcomes.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 2–3 years of related experience, and an apprenticeship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States and able to meet physical demands.

Qualifications

• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• High school diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 2–3 years of job-related experience or a combination of education and experience.
• Valid driver’s license and completion of an apprenticeship.
• Meet the physical requirements (stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, lifting 50+ lbs).
• Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and test complex manufacturing systems to maintain process efficiency.
• Perform preventive maintenance on mechatronic systems and components.
• Troubleshoot and repair large equipment and systems to prevent problems and failures.
• Develop work plans for emergency repair of critical assets.
• Provide technical and safety training to junior technicians.
• Support efficiency improvement activities for the site and network.
