Job summary

Oxipital AI is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer – Robotics & Machine Vision to drive adoption of its AI-enabled vision inspection and robotic platforms across manufacturing sectors. You will translate customer needs into technical requirements and lead PoC deployments.

You will partner with sales and marketing, travel to customer sites, and manage large robotics projects from concept to delivery, delivering ROI analyses and technical documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience with machine vision or robotics.
• Strong understanding of image processing and machine learning.
• Experience managing multiple technical projects at once.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Experience creating demos or PoC systems in an industrial environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Working knowledge of Robotics, PLC, or Controls Engineering.
• Experience with CRM; Salesforce preferred.
• Willingness to travel for customer engagements in Industrial environment up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Bridge between customers, sales, and engineering—ensuring customer requirements are accurately captured and reflected in technical solution development.
• Support pre-sales function, including evaluating opportunities and defining project performance criteria.
• Translate customer needs into clear technical specifications and collaborate with internal teams for solution alignment.
• Lead technical presentations, demos, and PoC projects for potential customers.
• Prepare and deliver technical results documentation and ROI analyses for prospective clients.
• Travel to customer sites to support demos, training, technical discussions, installs, post-install support.
• Manage large-scale capital equipment and robotics projects from concept through delivery with detailed plans and risk mitigation.
• Serve as primary contact for project execution, coordinating between customers, integrators, and internal leadership.
• Provide progress updates and milestone reporting to senior management, and propose solutions to delays.
• Develop standardized workflows and project governance models to support growth.
• Collaborate with marketing to provide technical details for case studies and demo content.
