Job summary

Motion Recruitment assists a rapidly growing robotics startup in hiring a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join their MA-based engineering team. The role involves building applications, services, and infrastructure powering automated tire service systems and AI-driven decision-making.

You will work across the stack, from operator-facing apps to cloud services and robotics tooling, collaborating with product and robotics teams to deliver scalable software in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• 5 years of professional software engineering experience building production applications across the full stack.
• ROS experience is a must for this role.
• Experience with AWS and cloud-native architectures is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Building and enhancing full-stack applications that power robotic tire service systems.
• Developing cloud-based services, APIs, and platform infrastructure.
• Creating operator-facing tools, dashboards, and monitoring applications.
• Building software integrations between robotic systems and cloud services.
• Collaborating with robotics, software, and product teams on new features and system capabilities.
• Improving performance, reliability, and scalability across the platform.
