Job summary

Motion Recruitment Partners LLC is seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to architect, build, and scale software for an autonomous robotics platform. You will work across TypeScript/React, Go, Python, AWS, C/C++, and ROS to bridge cloud infrastructure with real-world robotics systems.

The role offers ownership, collaboration in a startup environment, and the opportunity to influence product direction on cutting-edge automation challenges.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong experience with TypeScript and React for modern web application development.
• Backend services development with Go and/or Python.
• Experience designing and deploying cloud-native AWS applications.
• Hands-on robotics software development.
• Strong proficiency in C/C++ and ROS (Robot Operating System).
• Experience building scalable APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and build software features across the full technology stack.
• Develop robotics integration, ROS-based systems, and automation workflows.
• Develop cloud services, APIs, and scalable infrastructure on AWS.
• Collaborate with robotics, mechanical, and electrical engineering teams.
• Troubleshoot, test, monitor, and improve system reliability and performance.
