Motion Recruitment is seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to architect, build, and scale software for an autonomous robotics platform. You will work across the stack with TypeScript, React, Go, Python, AWS, C/C++, and ROS, bridging cloud infrastructure with real-world robotics systems.

The role offers ownership, collaboration in a startup-like environment, and opportunities to influence product direction while tackling complex engineering challenges near hardware interfaces.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong experience with TypeScript and React for modern web applications.
• Backend development experience with Go and/or Python.
• Experience deploying cloud-native apps on AWS.
• Hands-on robotics software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in C/C++ and ROS.
• Experience building scalable APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, testing, version control and performance optimization.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement full-stack features across the tech stack (TypeScript/React, Go, Python).
• Develop robotics integration, ROS-based systems, and automation workflows.
• Build and operate cloud services and APIs on AWS.
• Collaborate with hardware, mechanical, and electrical teams.
• Ensure system reliability, monitoring, and performance improvements.
