Job summary

CoreWeave is looking for a Staff Specialist Field Engineer to join their Physical AI Field Engineering team in Sunnyvale, California. You will lead customer engagements, define technical standards, and help deploy AI solutions within engineering organizations.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in robotics and AI/ML, proficient in Python and modern ML frameworks, and adept at managing complex customer interactions. The position offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in robotics systems development, robot learning, or AI/ML for physical autonomous systems.
• Proficient in working directly in JupyterHub, VS Code, Marimo, and W&B Models.
• Deep understanding of physical system dynamics and kinematics.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead customer engagements in AI solutions for robotics.
• Build and iterate on customer-facing applications using the CoreWeave product stack.
• Contribute to the wider Field Engineering team’s knowledge framework.
