Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Robotics, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Aerospace Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience developing, integrating, or validating complex robotics or autonomous systems.
• Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary integration efforts (hardware, software, sensing, compute).
• Strong understanding of embedded systems, system architectures, networking, and real‑time constraints.
• Experience with system bring‑up, debugging, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis in field or lab settings.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration, bring‑up, and deployment of Aptiv technologies on robotics, drone, and autonomous platform demonstrators.
• Serve as technical lead for hardware and software integration activities for demonstrations and field testing.
• Drive end‑to‑end system checkout, debugging, and validation across sensing, compute, communications, and autonomy.
• Provide technical leadership to engineers and technicians supporting integration and demonstration activities.
• Define and execute integration strategies for robust performance across environments and use cases.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to align demonstration objectives with program milestones.
