Job summary

Aptiv is building a new Robotics business focusing on AMRs and Drones. Senior Technical Integration Lead Engineers will bridge research, product development, and customer demonstrations, ensuring reliable operation of complex sensing, compute, and autonomy systems on robotics and aerial platforms.

The role requires hands-on troubleshooting, technical leadership across hardware and software, and collaboration with AI/ML, perception, and validation teams to deliver flawless customer demonstrations

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Robotics, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Aerospace Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

Lead integration, bring-up, and deployment of Aptiv technologies on robotics, drone, and autonomous platform demonstrators.
Drive system checkout, debugging, validation across sensing, compute, and autonomy functions.
Provide leadership to engineers and technicians in integration, testing, and demonstration activities.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure robust performance across environments and use cases.
Lead demonstration planning and customer-facing events with clear acceptance criteria.
