Job summary

Actalent is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the development, integration, and deployment of large-scale robotics and industrial automation solutions. You will partner with engineering leadership, product management, manufacturing, and customer stakeholders to drive complex automation programs from concept through implementation, launch, and sustainment.

The ideal candidate has deep expertise in robotics, mechatronics, industrial automation, and program management, with a proven

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Robotics, Mechatronics, or related field.
At least 10 years in industrial automation, robotics, or related environments.
Minimum 7 years in program management, with large-scale programs.
Experience leading matrixed teams of 100+ engineers and staff.
Proven ability to deploy integrated electro-mechanical systems on schedule.

Responsibilities

Lead development, integration, and deployment of large-scale robotics solutions.
Partner with engineering, product, manufacturing, and customers to drive programs.
Establish program structures, schedules, and integrated plans.
Manage first-of-a-kind product launches where hardware, software, and manufacturing converge to meet schedules.
