Job summary

Agility Robotics is seeking a Senior Test Operations Manager to own the operational heartbeat of our robot validation program. You will define uptime targets, drive maintenance scheduling, and ensure rapid recovery when robots are out of commission in customer environments.

You will lead longevity and validation testing across fleets, establish acceptance criteria with Systems Engineering, and provide data-driven insights to improve product quality and reliability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in test operations, system validation, or field operations for complex electromechanical or robotic systems.
• Experience managing a fleet of hardware-software integrated systems in an operational test environment.
• Proficiency with log analysis and telemetry tools to correlate data and identify root causes.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end robot uptime across the validation fleet and drive rapid recovery when needed.
• Design and drive longevity and validation testing with multi-robot campaigns.
• Publish weekly leadership reports on uptime, tests, pass/fail rates, and long-term trends.
• Develop and maintain test protocols, runbooks, and diagnostic how-tos for scalable operations.
