Job summary

Skylo is building a global, direct-to-device satellite network. This senior commercial-technical leadership role owns Skylo’s IPX, hubbing, and clearing-partner ecosystem, impacting how quickly roaming partners reach production.

You will manage contracts, performance, escalation paths, and redundancy strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams across networks, IT/BSS, and finance to scale services globally.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in roaming/wholesale roaming with international operator exposure.
• Proven leadership of strategic suppliers and complex partner relationships.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Own the roaming partner ecosystem, from contract through production.
• Coordinate interconnect, IPX/GRX, and signalling partner relationships; monitor SLAs.
• Negotiate and maintain roaming agreements; analyse performance and costs.
