Job summary

Skylo is redefining global connectivity with direct-to-device satellite services. As a Senior Product Manager (Services) you will own the strategy and execution for future services beyond SOS/SMS, working with MNVOs, MNOs, OEMs and chipset makers to shape offerings that scale across terrestrial and non-terrestrial networks.

You’ll partner with engineering, marketing, sales, and partners to define detailed specs, go-to-market plans, and track performance, ensuring customer needs drive product

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management, incl. services for terrestrial and non-terrestrial tech.
• End-to-end process to bring a new service to market.
• Ability to define and execute product roadmaps.
• Strong technical acumen to discuss complex concepts with engineers.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Experience with diverse customer & partner segments (MNVOs, MNOs, OEMs, chipset/module makers).
• Data-driven decision making mindset with ability to analyze data and derive insights.
• Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment with agile experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap and align with company strategy.
• Engage with diverse customers and ecosystem partners to translate insights into requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering, marketing, sales and internal teams to define, develop, and launch new services.
• Define and commercialize new services from concept to launch with GTM plans.
• Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for differentiation.
• Define KPIs and use data to iterate on product design and execution.
• Champion the customer and keep their needs central to development.
• Own services end-to-end from concept to in-life performance and drive accountability.
