Garrett Engineering Group in St. Petersburg, FL is hiring a Senior Roadway Project Manager to lead and deliver FDOT roadway design projects. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality while cultivating strong client relationships with FDOT and local agencies.

The role includes leading proposals, securing new work, and mentoring staff to foster teamwork and excellence. The position offers a remote-friendly setup in Florida, a competitive compensation package up to $175,000 annually, a

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in Florida or ability to obtain through comity.
• 8+ years of progressive roadway design experience.
• Experience managing FDOT transportation projects, including roadway and 3R projects.
• Strong understanding of FDOT manuals, standards, specifications and project development processes.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication, leadership and relationship-building skills.
