Job summary

Orange County Government is seeking a supervisory professional to manage infrastructure maintenance for roadway systems in the Orlando area. You will oversee crews and coordinate with county departments, contractors, and utility companies to ensure on-time, on-budget project completion.

The role requires solid experience in paving/construction, strong supervisory and communication skills, and the ability to prepare estimates and monitor safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Five years of paving/construction/maintenance experience; at least one year in a supervisory role.
• May require a valid CDL or Florida driver license depending on assignment.

Responsibilities

• Plans, schedules, assigns, coordinates and supervises the work of employees engaged in infrastructure maintenance related to roadway systems.
• Coordinates with supervisors, contractors, and other departments; communicates with utility companies for project execution.
• Prepares cost estimates, maintains records, and monitors safety and hazards for assigned work.
