Orange County Government is seeking a supervisory professional to manage infrastructure maintenance for roadway systems in the Orlando area. You will oversee crews and coordinate with county departments, contractors, and utility companies to ensure on-time, on-budget project completion.
The role requires solid experience in paving/construction, strong supervisory and communication skills, and the ability to prepare estimates and monitor safety.

Supervises directly and through subordinate supervisors the work of employees in one or more teams, groups or crews engaged in the application of a variety of skills and technical expertise. Projects are detailed and complex. General supervision is received from a higher graded superior and work is evaluated through conferences, reports and results achieved.
