Job summary

STV Incorporated in Tennessee seeks a Full-Time Senior Roadway Engineer for Franklin or Chattanooga. The role leads complex design efforts, mentors staff, and collaborates with municipal clients and TDOT on high-visibility transportation programs.

You will manage projects, provide senior-level designs and QC, and interact with client teams, marketing, and other engineering disciplines while supporting STV’s growth and development initiatives.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering required.
• 10+ years of related roadway experience.
• PE licensure in TN or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Experience with highways, intersections, roundabouts and related facilities.
• Familiarity with ORD and Geopak preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management and design services for municipal and TDOT projects.
• Lead senior-level designs and QC for roadway geometry, drainage, and signing.
• Coordinate with client teams and cross-disciplinary staff.
• Develop specifications, cost estimates, and technical reports.
• Mentor Civil design staff and lead project meetings.
• Support business development and client engagement.
