Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 15+ years of roadway design experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Experience serving as technical lead on transportation projects.
• Strong knowledge of ODOT standards and roadway production workflows.

Responsibilities

• Serve as roadway discipline lead for ODOT, county, and municipal transportation projects.
• Lead roadway plan development and production efforts.
• Coordinate with bridge, drainage, traffic, and utility disciplines.
• Lead internal and external design coordination meetings.
• Provide mentoring and technical oversight to roadway staff.
• Review and stamp roadway plans as Engineer of Record when required.
• Oversee QA/QC reviews and design risk management.
