Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
• PE license preferred or ability to obtain.
• 5+ years of progressive roadway/highway design experience.

Responsibilities

• Support project managers in planning and executing roadway design projects.
• Assist with preparing project proposals, budgets, and timelines.
• Conduct engineering analysis and design for assigned projects.
• Design projects or project components and prepare project documents.
• Apply engineering techniques, methods, and design criteria to support project execution.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project goals are met.
• Prepare and review project documentation, reports, and specifications.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
• Participate in mentoring and developing junior-level staff as needed.
