Job summary

Arcadis U.S.Inc. needs a Project Roadway Design Engineer to join our Atlanta-area team. You will design infrastructure for roadways, including interchanges, arterials, and expressways, contributing to project scopes, budgets, and client satisfaction.

You will mentor junior staff, coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams, and ensure schedules, quality, and safety standards are met on national projects. A PE license in Georgia is preferred and OpenRoads Designer experience is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• 7+ years' work experience including GDOT projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• PE within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Develop and design infrastructure for roadways including intersections, arterials, expressways, interchanges.
• Mentor junior staff and drafters; lead design efforts on projects.
• Develop project plans and schedules; manage client needs and communications.
