Job summary

Arcadis seeks a Project Roadway Design Engineer to join our team in Georgia. You will develop infrastructure designs for roadways, including interchanges and expressways, and support project budgets and schedules with a multi-disciplinary team.

You will collaborate with a Project Manager and lead engineers, mentor junior staff, and ensure compliance with Arcadis quality and safety standards. Strong CAD skills and GDOT familiarity are required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of work experience on GDOT projects.
• Proficiency with CAD, particularly MicroStation and OpenRoads.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for client meetings and reports.

Responsibilities

• Develop and design infrastructure projects for roadways (intersections, arterials, interchanges).
• Lead project planning, budgeting, and scheduling with the Project Manager and lead engineers.
• Mentor junior staff and coordinate with drafters to ensure quality and safety standards.
