Job summary

Ability to read and interpret construction plans and drawings.

Responsibilities

Perform inspections of traffic control, environmental controls, layout, construction methods and materials under direct supervision.
Review contractor daily reports and QC procedures for acceptance or rejection.
Review material testing procedures and results for conformance to contract; may sample and test soils, aggregates, concrete and asphalt.
