Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience.
• Highschool/GED.
• Ability to understand construction plans, specifications, and procedures.
• Demonstrate basic math skills, including geometry and trigonometry.
• Possess the ability to read, write, and communicate fluently.
• Work effectively as a team member and complete daily reports by hand and computer.

Responsibilities

• Perform road and bridge construction inspections and report findings.
• Inspect concrete, earthwork, and asphalt pavement; sample/test as needed.
• Supervise subordinate inspectors and assist project management.
• Ensure compliance with client policies and project standards.
• Submit timesheets, mileage, and expenses weekly.
• Prioritize safety and adhere to OSHA standards.
