Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience.
• Highschool/GED.
• Ability to understand construction plans, specifications, and procedures.
• Demonstrate basic math skills, including geometry and trigonometry.
• Possess the ability to read, write, and communicate fluently.
• Work effectively as a team member and complete daily reports by hand and computer.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and perform construction inspections, ensuring compliance with project specifications.
• Manage subordinate inspectors and provide guidance to project management as required.
• Review reports, testing procedures, and documentation for client policies and procedures.
• Submit accurate time sheets, mileage, and expense reports on time each week.
• Assist the Project Administrator and communicate effectively with clients, contractors, staff, and supervisors.
• Practice safety daily, understand OSHA standards and corporate policies, and maintain required certifications.
