Job summary

Amp Americas LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver RNG facilities and major capital improvements on time and within budget. You will work with development, engineering, procurement, and controls teams to shape execution plans from concept through commissioning, reporting progress and budget to senior leadership.

Minnesota-based role with site presence during construction and startup. Ideal candidates bring 12+ years in project management, 5+ years in an Owner PM role,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in a related field (e.g., Engineering) or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years of related project management experience.
• 5+ years in Owner PM role dealing with EPC contractors (preferred).
• PMP or PRINCE II certification (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with external/internal stakeholders.
• Ability to plan, coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with basic software like MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage development and execution of RNG projects to meet quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, design teams and regulatory agencies from concept to commissioning.
• Develop cost estimates, design basis documents and project execution plans.
• Own project deliverables including execution plans, cost estimates, schedules and risk registers.
• Track budget, earned value and progress against goals.
• Collaborate with commercial, operations, engineering and supply chain to mitigate delays and manage costs.
• Maintain full-time site presence during construction, start-up and commissioning.
• Lead project status and site coordination meetings.
• Allocate resources across the project lifecycle efficiently.
• Review design documents for conformance and accuracy.
• Approve contractor bids, RFIs, submittals and change orders.
• Ensure adherence to installation, quality and safety requirements.
• Keep leadership informed on progress and budget.
• Lead commissioning planning and close-out documentation.
