The successful candidate will maintain regulatory compliance, mentor team members and act as the weekend point person for the campus, delivering dependable leadership and care excellence.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed RN.
• Must be clinically current and competent in knowledge and practice.
• Commitment to the care of the elderly.
• Must interact with families, residents and staff professionally.
• Must interact with all departments at a professional level.
• Must act as a role model for all staff under management.
• Weekend point person for the campus staff.
• Other duties as assigned.
