Job summary

Qualifications
- Current and valid New Jersey RN license.
- Experience in long-term care or nursing management preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and compassionate care.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff to ensure high-quality care.
- Manage daily unit operations including staffing and documentation.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans with the team.
- Monitor residents' health and adjust plans as needed.
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and facility policies.
- Provide training to staff and support professional development.
- Respond to emergencies and coordinate care interventions.
- Communicate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
